Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

myPaidInvoice is an invoicing and payment service operated by Custom Digital Services ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through myPaidInvoice, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

When a business uses myPaidInvoice to manage its invoicing, we store the information that business enters, which may include:

  • Account information for users of the service (name, email address, password).
  • Business information (company name, address, phone number, logo).
  • Customer information entered by a business (names, contact details, billing and mailing addresses).
  • Invoices, line items, payment records, and related financial data.
  • Standard technical information collected automatically, such as IP address and browser user agent, used for security purposes (for example, detecting repeated failed login attempts).

How We Use Information

We use this information to operate and provide the service: creating and delivering invoices, processing payments, sending account and transaction-related emails (such as invoice, payment, and reminder notifications), maintaining the security of the service, and complying with legal obligations.

Online Payments

If a business enables online payments, invoices can be paid by credit/debit card or PayPal account. Card and PayPal payment details are collected and processed directly by PayPal, not by us - we never see or store full card numbers. We receive confirmation that a payment was made, the amount, and limited payer information (such as a payer's email address) from PayPal in order to apply the payment to the correct invoice. Use of PayPal is also subject to PayPal's own privacy policy.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

  • With PayPal, to process payments a business has chosen to accept online.
  • With service providers who help us operate myPaidInvoice (for example, hosting and email delivery), under obligations to protect that information.
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Custom Digital Services, our customers, or others.

Data Retention

We retain business, customer, and invoice data for as long as a business maintains an account with us, and as needed to comply with legal and accounting obligations. Security audit logs are retained for a limited period and are periodically pruned.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted storage of sensitive credentials and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

If you are a customer of a business using myPaidInvoice and have questions about your personal information, please contact that business directly, as they control the data entered into the service. If you are a user of myPaidInvoice itself, you can review or update your account information from within the application, or contact us using the information below.

Children's Privacy

myPaidInvoice is a business tool and is not directed to, or intended for use by, children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes.
